veggie burger quesadilla + salsa dip!

Ingredients:

1 large whole wheat wrap.
1 chopped Veggiburger Meatless chili bean Patty.
2 slices of pepper-jack cheese.

Salsa Dip Ingredients:
1 cup of chunky hot salsa.
1/2 a cup of sour cream.

Take the large wrap put it in a medium size pan then take the pepper jack and lay it on one half of the wrap. Next place the chopped veggie burger on top of the cheese and fold the wrap over. Heat the quesadilla on a stove top in a pan until the cheese melts. Mix salsa ingredients in a bowl until mixed.

  1. Wow! That dip must be so delicious! Kids and I love my wife's 'one-of-a-kind' salsa dip. It's got tomatoes, grilled pork, salsa and mayonnaise. And what's more exciting about this dip is the CHEESE. It has a lot of cheese! Hhhmm! Yummy dip for your family!
